The goal is to empower university students to become leaders in promoting sustainable development, human rights, education access, and conflict resolution.
Since its inception in 2010, UNAI has created a thriving network of over 1,200 member institutions, including students, academics, researchers, and educational organizations dedicated to advancing the United Nations’ mission.
Why Should You Apply For The United Nations Academic Impact Millennium Fellowship Class of 2025?
As a Millennium Fellow, you’ll join a cohort of 8 to 20+ fellow students on your campus. Together, you’ll embark on a journey of growth, collaboration, and action. Here’s what to expect:
- Convene: Gather with your peers at least eight times throughout the program to share insights, learn from each other, and foster a supportive community.
- Challenge: Create a plan of action focused on making a social impact. Whether it’s organizing sustainability projects or campus-wide initiatives, you’ll have the chance to put your leadership skills into practice.
- Celebrate: Once you and your cohort meet your goals and complete all program requirements, you’ll receive a certificate of recognition from UNAI and MCN.
- Upon successful completion, you’ll also join the MCN Alumni Community, where you can continue your journey of making a social impact long after the program ends.
